- Defective items exchanges are only allowed after Glitz Passion.com have inspected it.
- No refund policy, unless item/s ordered are not available.
- Glitz Passion.com will not be responsible for missing items through normal postage mails, thus, registered mails are always encouraged.
- Reservation payment will not be refunded if customers choose to change or cancel their orders.
Exchange policy for Online Order:
- 3 days grace to inform of defect upon product received via email.
- Return with original postage enveloped.
Exchange policy for Self Collection:
- Check product at point of purchase.
- Exchange based on availability, other wise customer will be refunded.
- Items are allowed exchanged for only one time per transaction.
- Customers please cooperate to avoid misunderstandings.
- Exchanged items will be returned only after inspection of items received.
Cancellation of Orders:
- Cancellation of orders are valid within 24hrs upon time of confirmation via email.
